Production practice of students of 33 groups of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education
Since February 17, 33 the SPED Group has started production practice at Uman Grade School No. 14, so we want to share our impressions.
We are very pleased with our work placements and the school principal, practical psychologist and other teachers always help in matters where we are not sufficiently aware.
In practice, we have completed the following tasks:
- Familiarity with the structure and subdivisions of the institution where the practice takes place, the main activities and functions of the psychological service.
- Studying the normative documents regulating the work of the psychological service and the activity of the practical psychologist.
- Development of a program of diagnostic examination of the cognitive sphere and the child’s personality at different age stages.
- Organization and conducting of psychodiagnostic research and processing of its results.
- Drawing up a psychodiagnostic conclusion
During the internship we were able to learn a lot of interesting and new information for us. Most of us have not even imagined the amount of work a social educator and practical psychologist should do, since being theoretically acquainted does not mean that we know everything.
