Training of faculty at work in State Enterprise “Young Guard”

My Young Guard story began on August 4, 2017! Then probably with frightened eyes, I began my journey into the profession of teacher-organizer! So much new, not so clear was on the way. Huge amount of defeats, a whole bunch of different problems, conflicts, misunderstandings! All this accompanied me!
But, this is not my story and not about it !! My story lies in the emotions that this work brings to you !! Every change is different, but each child is part of a puzzle. It is here in the Young Guard that you try everything yourself! You can go back to the distant past by playing some role. Come up with a future. Learn how to feel now !!! Feel it !!! To feel the love of children, their faith in you! Because of this, all the negative that I have listed above disappears !! Nowhere will you feel such support as here !! Your colleagues, teammates, friends! These people who carry out the same mission with you, to make children happy, to paint them with bright colors is not a fabulous reality. Companions are the closest people, I was different, but each of them taught me something. Almost every one of them changed me a little.
My not so short, not that long and long way in Young Guard can be talked about for a long time. The only thing I will add is: “This work is not for those who want to do it!
