All-Ukrainian Forum “Career Talks 3.0: Skills for Success”

From December 2 to 3, young people from all over Ukraine learned about the skills of the future and the secrets of a successful career at the All-Ukrainian Forum “Career Talks 3.0: Skills for Success”.

Around 200 participants listened to the speeches of thought leaders and senior executives on building careers in the public, public, international and corporate sectors, as well as in entrepreneurship. Among them was a student of our faculty, Kompaniets Mykola.

The youth were able to master the skills of emotional intelligence, systems thinking, goal setting, effective communication, proactivity, and the ability to negotiate. They were assisted by leading experts from Raiffeisen Bank Aval, Reikartz Hotel Group, Auchan, Danon Ukraine, Procter & Gamble, Metinvest, Syngenta, Raben Group Ukraine, Coca-Cola Ukraine and lifecell.

Participants were motivated by Jaime Nadal, Head of Representation of the United Nations Population Fund in Ukraine – UNFPA Ukraine, Maryna Saprykina, Chairman of the Board, Center for Corporate Social Responsibility Development, Yarema Oleksandr, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine and leader of the group Antipitaly Taras Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval.

Organizers: Youth Policy Department of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, State Institution All-Ukrainian Youth Center, Center for Corporate Social Responsibility Development, Career Hub Platform and UN Population Fund in Ukraine – UNFPA Ukraine.
