Military training of reserve officers

At the Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University there is military training of reserve officers. Studying at our university, students are able not only to get a quality education, but also to become a competitive specialist, to obtain a primary officer rank.

Upon graduation from the military training department, Ukrainian citizens receive the primary military rank of “junior lieutenant of the reserve” and have the opportunity to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other security forces.

The training is held at the Military Academy (Odessa) and the Military Institute of Rocket Forces and Artillery (Sumy).

Duration of study – 2 years.
