Congratulations to the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education, Oksana Kravchenko, on the victory in the competition “Best Women’s Initiatives of Ukraine”

On September 27, 2019, at the premises of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the winners of the competition “Best Women’s Initiatives of Ukraine” were awarded.

This year, 135 women from all over the country have submitted applications as part of a competition held by the City Council Women’s European Assembly together with the Congress of the Council of Europe Office in Ukraine and the Association of Ukrainian Cities. The main topics are decentralization, integrated territorial communities, opening up of the NRAs, development of community strategies and charters, initiatives aimed at introducing equal opportunities in communities, maintaining equal access to goods and services for different segments of the population, inclusion and more.

The winners of the competition in 7 nominations were 24 participants – public activists, MPs, entrepreneurs, scientists. Among the best are Kravchenko Oksana, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Dean of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education, Head of the Gender Center of the Uman State Pedagogical University named after Pavel Tychyna. Oksana took 3rd place in the category “For scientific activity”.
