Meeting of guarantors of educational programs with the directors of the centers

Recently, at the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education, a meeting of the guarantors of educational programs was held with the director of the distance learning center Stetsenko Nadia Mikolaivna and the director of the center for ensuring the functioning of the quality management system of educational activity Komarova Zoya Ivanovna. During the meeting they discussed the issue of “Quality of provision of educational services for higher education applicants”. The center’s directors emphasized that the first and easiest step in assessing the quality of the educational services provided by their recipients is regular student surveys, which should be guaranteed an independent, anonymous character, and should focus on the most important aspects of the educational process, including the quality of the teacher, the quality of the teaching environment and educational and methodological support, its innovation, transparency and openness of education, its academic integrity and competitiveness.
