Scientific and practical seminar “Festival of educational innovations: “New Ukrainian school”

On the basis of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education a scientific and practical seminar “Festival of Educational Innovations:” New Ukrainian School” was held.

The purpose of the seminar was to discuss educational innovations that will contribute to the implementation of the New Ukrainian School Concept, to develop a common vision and to develop the competences of educators as moderators and agents of innovative changes in education.

The organizers of the event were: National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, State Higher Education Institution “UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION MANAGEMENT” Central Institute of Postgraduate Education, Uman State Pedagogical University named after Pavlo Tychyna, Faculty of Social and Psychological Education, Faculty of Social Sciences and Faculty of Psychology.

The welcoming speech was delivered by the Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management, Professor Alexander Kobernik and Professor at the University of Management Education, Institute of Postgraduate Education Elena Gorova.

At the plenary session, they shared their knowledge and practical skills:

• Osadchenko Inna Ivanivna, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management, Head of Jan Amos Komensky Polish-Ukrainian Research Laboratory of Psychodidactics. Topic: “Formation of psycho-didactic competence of modern teacher in the context of realization of the concept of NASH”
• Bondarchuk Olena Ivanivna, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Management Psychology, University of Education Management. Topic: “Features of the psychological well-being of teachers in the context of the implementation of the New Ukrainian School Concept
• Lyudmila Royenko, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Professional Methods and Innovative Technologies in Primary School, Faculty of Primary Education. Topic: “Critical Thinking Strategies in the Elementary Education Process”
• Malyshevs’ka Irina Anatoliivna, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Special Education Department of the Preschool and Special Education Faculty. Theme: “The Vector of Inclusion in the Concept of the New Ukrainian School”.
