Faculty representatives took part in training in preparation of the experts back on accreditation of educational programs

Representatives of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education: Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management Kirdan Olena Leonidivna, PhD students 1 and 2 years Elena Polishchuk and Maxim Skochko participated in a two-day training within the framework of training of National Agency for Education experts educational programs at the Belotserkov National Agrarian University.

The first training day was opened by the Head of the NOW, Kvit Sergei Mironovich, who outlined the mission of the accreditation process and its paradigm. The training took the form of analyzing and discussing the university’s self-assessment report, simulating visits and meetings, solving cases.

During the second working day, future experts showed teamwork in discussions and presentation of the results of discussions.

A huge thank you to the professional trainers Tetyana Dyman and Lesia Karpuk for their professionalism, for their ability to activate and unite the target audience, for their positive mood and good impressions!

The main purpose of the coaches was to convey to us, future experts, that the expert is not an auditor, but a friend who will highlight the strengths of the educational program and show the sides of “development”.
