Young Scientists Council
Research and innovation work enhances the active, creative beginnings of young people in the educational process, serves as a powerful tool in providing a systematic approach to the training of scientific-pedagogical staff of higher qualification, preservation and development of the intellectual potential of the faculty. It is for this purpose that the Council of Young Scientists functions at the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education.
The main tasks of the council are to activate and promote the professional growth of young scientists of the faculty, to unite their efforts to develop topical scientific problems and solve priority scientific problems, to develop innovative activities of young scientists and to involve them in the effective promotion of the latest achievements of science and its promotion.
Young scientists have repeatedly participated in the European Union’s international project “Social Integration and Reconciliation of Internally Displaced Families and Children”; in implementation of the “Program of social and pedagogical work in the conditions of rest and recovery” together with SE “Ukrainian Children’s Center” Young Guard “.
In particular, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology Shelenkova NL became a participant of the II Winter School “European Indicators of Quality of Educational Research”, where young participants represented research institutions and institutions of higher education of different regions of Ukraine. The school was carried out within the framework of the European Quality of Educational Research for Enhancing Educational Opportunities in Ukraine project and co-financed by the Erasmus + European Union Program.
Repeatedly, seminars, round tables were held together with the Council of Young Scientists of the V. Sukhomlinsky State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine (cooperation agreement was signed).
Throughout the functioning of the Young Scientists Council, the members of the FSPO were organized and held: scientific and methodological seminars, training workshops, student creativity festivals; social-psychological theaters, competitions, psychological trainings, social-psychological quests, conferences, etc.
So, in our opinion, the aforementioned scientific infrastructure and areas of work contribute to the research work of young scientists of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education, provide a systematic approach to the training of scientific personnel of higher qualification, nurture the intellectual potential of scientists.
