The terms of admission to the bachelor in 2019
This material specifies the terms for accepting applications and documents, competitive selection and enrollment for studies for obtaining the degree of a junior bachelor, a bachelor (master of medical, pharmaceutical or veterinary purposes) on the basis of complete general secondary education.
Admission to higher education institutions in 2019 will be based on the current Rules for admission to higher education institutions approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1096 dated October 11, 2018.
Applicants on the basis of full secondary education on full-time and part-time study forms submit applications in electronic form, except as provided for in clause 1 of Section VI of the Conditions of admission to study at higher education institutions.
INTRODUCTION TO THE DAY OF THE FORM OF TEACHING
Registration of electronic cabinets of entrants and download to the electronic cabinet of necessary documents will begin on July 1, 2019.
Medical examinations and other competitive procedures, if caused by the established legislation, by the special conditions of competitive selection for the corresponding bids, shall be held until July 9, 2019.
Admission of applications and documents from entrants starts on July 10, except for higher military educational institutions (institutions of higher education with specific educational conditions), military training units of higher education institutions.
Reception of documents ends:
at 18.00 on July 16, 2019 – for those who enter on the basis of interview, entrance examinations or creative competitions;
at 18.00 on July 22, 2019 – for those who enter only on the results of external independent evaluation.
Creative credits
If for a certain competitive proposal creative writing is envisaged, then a person is allowed to take a competitive selection in case of a successful compilation of a creative credit, which is conducted from February 1, 2019 until the day of completion of the receipt of documents for the corresponding tender.
Creative contests, entrance examinations and interviews
Creative competitions are held in several sessions from July 01 to July 10 (July 12 for specialty 025 “Music Art”) inclusive (for entrants to the place of state and regional order according to the schedule to be submitted on February 15 for approval by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine) , during the period from July 11 to 22, additional sessions of creative competitions for entrants, who enter into places at the expense of individuals and / or legal entities, may be held.
The procedure for registration of participants in creative competitions, their organization and conducting is determined by the Procedure for organizing creative contests for entry into higher education institutions of Ukraine. In creative competitions, the right to take part is granted to persons who have completed the document on full secondary education or complete its acquisition by July 10, which is confirmed by the certificate of the corresponding educational institution.
Entrance examinations in higher education institutions are held from 17 to 22 July 2019 inclusive.
Interviews at higher education institutions are held from July 17 till July 19, 2019 inclusive.
The terms of acceptance of applications, carrying out of creative credits and creative competitions, interviews, entrance exams, publication of rating lists with a notice on reception or non receipt of the entrants of the right to obtain higher education on the state orders, fulfillment of requirements for admission to the places of the state order, admission of admission to the place of the state order and exclusion of applications enrolled in other places of public order for persons who enter into training for the training of military specialists with higher education, are determined by the rules admission to education. Higher military educational institutions (institutions of higher education with specific educational conditions) and military units of higher education institutions provide for the exclusion of applications for places admitted to the state order from applicants for other places of state order no later than 20 July.
Publication of rating lists
Publication of lists of persons recommended for enrollment on the results of interviews and on the quota-2, with the notification on the receipt or non-receipt of the right to obtain higher education at the expense of the state or regional budget (for state or regional orders), shall be made no later than 12:00 hours on July 20. Applicants who have received recommendations must comply with the requirements for enrollment at the place of government order by 10.00 on July 22, as well as submit a written application for the exclusion of applications for other places of government order. Enrollment of this category of entrants under the state order is not later than 15.00 hours on July 22. Statements of enlisted persons for other places of public order are excluded during July 22nd.
Formation of admission rating lists based on the results of external independent evaluation, creative competitions and entrance examinations (including quota-1 and quota-3, quota-4), recommendations for the enrollment and publication of the list of recommended with the notification of receipt or Failure to obtain them the right to obtain higher education at the expense of the state or regional budget (according to state or regional orders) shall be carried out no later than 18.00 hours on July 26.
Applicants who have received recommendations must meet the requirements for enrollment at the venue of a state or regional order before 18.00 on July 31.
Admission to study
Enrollment of entrants for state or regional budget funds (at state or regional orders) shall be conducted no later than 12.00 hours on August 1, 2019.
Admission for admission training at the expense of targeted privileged state loans, for funds of individuals and / or legal entities – no later than September 30, 2019.
Transfer to vacant places of state, regional order and places at the expense of targeted privileged state loans of persons enrolled for studying with the funds of individuals and / or legal entities on the basis of complete general secondary education – no later than August 09.
Provision of recommendations for the enrollment and publication of the list of recommended for entrants who enter places for the funds of individuals and / or legal entities for open and fixed (closed) bids shall be made not earlier than 12.00 on 01 August.
INTRODUCTION TO OTHER FORMS OF TEACHING (CURRENTLY)
The deadlines for accepting applications and documents, competitive selection and enrollment for studies other than full-time forms of education at the expense of the state or regional budget or at the expense of targeted government grants do not differ from the terms of admission of documents to the full-time form of training.
The deadlines for accepting applications and documents, competitive selection and enrollment for study at the expense of individuals and / or legal entities are determined by the rules of admission of educational institutions, while the reception of documents starts no earlier than July 10, the length of each session of the receipt of documents is no more than 30 days, the enrollment is carried out not later than 15 days after the completion of the regular session of acceptance of applications and documents during which the competitive selection is conducted, but not later than November 30, 2019.
INTRODUCTION ON THE BASIS OF YRC SPECIALIST
For admission on the basis of the educational-qualification level of junior specialist in the full-time form of education, the reception of applications and documents begins on July 10 and ends at 6 pm on July 22. Professional entrance examinations are held from July 23 to July 30.
MISCELLANEOUS
For those categories of applicants for which the deadlines for accepting applications and documents, for competitive selection and enrollment for studies are not determined, are determined by the rules of admission of educational institutions. The registration of the entry cabinets ends on August 30.
