TOP-10 common mistakes of entrants during the registration of the e-cabinet

Use of poor-quality photos, incorrect calculation of the average score, indication of the inactive or forbidden postal address in Ukraine. Oksana Belik, director of the Inforesurs department, told about these and other typical mistakes of entrants during the registration of electronic cabinets.

Top 10 common mistakes included the following:

1. Entrants register the electronic cabinet for inactive or forbidden electronic mail in Ukraine. Inaccuracies are also often confused with letters or numbers in the address of the mailbox. We recommend that you use the mail that is specifically authorized in Ukraine, for example, ukr.net, i.ua, gmail.com for registration.

2. The entrant repeatedly points out the wrong password when entering the office and the system blocks it for three hours. In this case, you do not need to guess the password. It’s best to use the “Lost Password” option to quickly restore it.

3. In the document on education and the certificate of EIA the data of the entrant is not identical: the name and / or date of birth, etc. If there are such discrepancies in the documents, it is impossible to create an electronic cabinet. In case of discrepancies or mistakes, contact: if in the certificate – to the school, if in the certificate of extermination – to the relevant regional assessment center for education.

4. Downloading the registration certificate in the countryside (for obtaining the village coefficient) that does not correspond to the particular sample. There is currently no possibility to delete / edit this information in the EDGE. That is, before downloading the certificate of the entrant, it must be ensured that it corresponds to the established pattern (Appendix No. 13 to the CMU from March 2, 2016, No. 207) .Also, we note that after the submission of the first application information in the office can not be changed, so make sure it is correct until filing an application.

5. Setting the wrong priority (to enter the budget). It is necessary to plan in advance where and with what priority the entrant wishes to apply. Remember that for a budget it is possible to submit no more than 7 applications for 4 specialties. The number of applications that can be submitted for contracting is not limited.

6. Low-quality photos. Entrants use not photo documents, but personal photos (“sephi”). In the system of electronic entry, there are requirements for the format and size of photos and scancopies of documents downloaded by entrants. Please ensure that your documents are saved in JPG (JPEG, PNG) format before downloading, and up to 1 MB in maximum size for each file.

7. Incorrect calculation of the average point of the education document. To calculate the average score, we recommend using a specially designed calculator.

8. An entrant does not consider obligatory to confirm that the person has been identified as the winner of the international Olympiad, prize-winner of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad, a member of the national team of Ukraine, etc. Although it gives him the right to benefits at the time of admission. This must be done before the first application is lodged.

9. An entrant wishes to apply for a specialty, for which he does not have the result of an EXO on the subject. You need to familiarize yourself with Appendix 4 of the Acceptance Terms and to make sure that such an item in the specialty is on the list.

10. Attempts to change the “Required data” in the office of the entrant. The ability to change the “Required data” in the office of the entrant is blocked after the first submitted application of the entrant is registered in the ZVO. The list of mandatory data can be found on Art. 8-12 instructions for working with the electronic cabinet.
