Training “Gender Prevention Bullying Prevention”

On October 9, 2019, at the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education, Gender Center Coordinator Kompaniets Mykola conducted a training on “Gender Prevention Bullying”.

The purpose of the training was to acquaint the students with the concept of gender-based bulling, its forms and manifestations, to learn how to prevent bullying and to deal with its consequences.

During the training, students learned how to identify bullying in different social groups and in different circumstances, got acquainted with specific cases of dealing with it and learned about the peculiarities of its manifestation in relation to representatives of different sexes. The main objective of the training was to develop gender sensitivity among the training participants in dealing with the people around them, and to formulate competencies that will help them in the future to become professional social workers and psychologists.
