Amnesty International Ukraine training for students of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education
Recently, at the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education, a representative of Amnesty International Ukraine, namely, growth and activist coordinator Lesia Kharchenko, and an activist in the “activism” department, Zvenislav Shcherb, conducted a training “On Activism” for students. The purpose of the training was to motivate students to activities, changes in their environment and the city as a whole and to get acquainted with the activities of Amnesty International in Ukraine.
During the training participants received:
– information on different types, practices, tools of activism;
– information on Amnesty International’s activities in Ukraine and abroad;
– being able to deal with your own motivation, preferences and goals;
– be able to develop their own plan for solving urgent problems that concern them;
“I thank the faculty very much for organizing such an event. It was really interesting and valuable to us. I really want such events to take place more often, ”commented one of the participants.
