Student years are a time in a person’s life when the brightest discoveries take place, and the desire to move forward causes him to achieve greater success. This is an adult and fulfilling life that has not yet entered the path of everyday life. It is a celebration of youth and health, the realization that all the paths in the world are open to decisive and purposeful conquerors is impossible. It is this period that is most important for the accumulation of knowledge, raising erudition and learning foreign languages.

A vibrant, rich, diverse student life would not be complete if it did not have enough time to travel. As we travel the world, we not only learn the new, but also become wiser, kinder, brighter, learn a lot of interesting things about the present and a long time past. And if the trip is collective, then it is also an unforgettable experience of friendly communication.

I am a student at Uman State Pedagogical University. Paul Tychyna, I am studying at the 3rd year of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education.

This year she got the opportunity to take part in an international project on the historical theme: Once Upon a Day in Europe 1989 …, which was held in Wroclaw (Poland). This project has been ongoing since 29.09. to 04. 10.2019

Representatives from different countries of the world, namely Estonia, Germany, Moldova, Poland, Romania and Ukraine, participated in this event. There are 10 representatives from all countries.

Every day we had trainings, workshops, excursions and lectures on historical topics, as well as discussing events that took place in 1989 in different countries around the world. But what impressed me most was the trip to Wroclaw. We were told the history of the city and shown its sights. We were able to visually see and feel the unique aura of harmony and beauty of places long known to us from books, television screens and the internet.

Through the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education, I was able to get the unforgettable experience and valuable experience that I would need in my life.
