Two institutions of higher education Cherkasy region – in the top 100 most popular in Ukraine

Cherkasy National and Uman State Universities fell into the hundreds of the most popular among entrants this year. Such rating assessment of institutions of higher education was made according to the information system “Вступ.СВІТА.UA”.

At present, more than 1 million 500 thousand applications from applicants have been submitted to educational institutions. In particular, 922 thousand applications are submitted by entrants on the basis of complete general secondary education (grade 11) for studying for obtaining the qualification levels of a bachelor’s degree and a medical master on the basis of complete general secondary education in all forms of study.

As in the past year, the leaders in the number of applications from entrants entering on the basis of complete secondary education are Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. The third step is the Kiev Polytechnic Institute named after Igor Sikorsky.

Fourth and fifth steps are taken by the National University “Lviv Polytechnic” and the Kyiv National Trade and Economics University.

Cherkasy National University named after. B. Khmelnitsky at 38 positions. More than 5.6 thousand applications were filed here before joining. Uman State Pedagogical University. P. Tychyna – on the 78th place (more than 3,3 thousand applications).
