Open Door Day in Labor and Social Protection on Occasion of All-Ukrainian Law Week

Every year, from December 9 to December 13, All-Ukrainian Law Week is held, including December 10 – Human Rights Day. The theme of this year’s campaign is “Paint the World in Orange” to express your solidarity with the movement in the name of a future free from violence.
On December 10, 2019, in order to familiarize the younger generation with social protection and to educate their respect for the law and human rights in management, the Open Day was held with the participation of students of secondary school # 8 and students of the Uman State Pedagogical University named after M.Sc. P. Tychyny.
The Department of Labor and Social Welfare directs its work to ensure the implementation of state policy in the city of Uman on social protection of the population, including providing support to families with children, especially children with many children and children, ATO / OOS participants, internally displaced persons and others. unprotected categories.
Within the framework of the initiative “Community for Children and Youth Friendly”, the management takes into account the proposals made by children and young people at the event to improve the well-being of our city and its safety, which will create a free and comfortable social space in the community.
