Adult enough to create a state!

A week ago in the city of Uman started the program of personal and professional development “State Creator”. On October 23, 24 young and active Omanchans began their journey to change. In particular, students of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education, Company Nikolai and Abdrahimov Maxim and Makovetska Natalia.

We also couldn’t stay away from organizing the project, as Catherine Chupina became a mentor.

The program was inaugurated by Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Alexander Yarema. He stressed the importance of youth participation in state building and congratulated the participants on the start of their journey.

During the program, participants exchanged experiences and ideas, learned how to build synergies between government and the public sector, and created their own projects aimed at developing the community of their city.

The students of the program studied how local authorities work, communicated and received professional consultations from business representatives and public figures, participated in motivational meetings with well-known and successful businessmen, learned to interact and understand each other.

The result of the program was to build a team of proactive, confident and motivated people who are ready to create change and know how to do it, who are already beginning to transform the future into the present.
