Training for Regional Teams of the State Creator Program

On July 27-28, training was organized for regional teams from different cities of Ukraine, which included the team of Uman, who are ready to carry out the program “State Creator” in their areas.

2 days were extremely rich with various performances. The first was the head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration Mykhailo Bno-Aryan. He gave three guidelines for future public servants, businessmen, and public figures, namely:

find yourself and understand your dream and purpose;
invest all your free time, especially in the field of study;
fight for self-fulfillment and pursue yours.

And after the official part and the greetings from the organizers, the state makers talked and studied together with:

Iryna Tuliakova on the system of management of the State Creator program;
The Carrier’s Hope for Communication Management;
Oleksandra Romantsova on project management and teamwork;
Maria Karchevich and Maria Sakuta about fundraising and working with partners.
The second day was full of practical cases on project organization and implementation of anti-corruption component in the program. The meeting with the frontman of the band – Taras Topola became inspiring.

During the training, the participants learned enough useful information that they will need for further work and implementation of the State Creator program in their regions.
