It is extremely interesting and fascinating to meet a person who radiates positiveness with all his nature, propagates to go to his dream without obstacles, without being afraid to decide on a new, unknown step, to go forward, no matter what. Such a person was Julia Mattou, who visited the reading room # 1 of the library of the Pavel Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University. Julia is the author of three books, namely: Zhashkiv Snails, Bagalia and When the Planes Take Off, which are close to readers in their moods – they are about ordinary people, their problems, dreams, opportunities, thirst for life. Julia told how the idea came up to write the book. It turned out that at first she wanted to just share her impressions of what she had seen and heard while traveling, and then she started writing it down.

The students and teachers of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education, the librarians of our book collection, listened with pleasure to the author who asked questions and received comprehensive answers.

At the end of the meeting, the writer donated her books to the library, which will certainly cause a great interest among readers, because the books are easy to write and interesting for those who always learn to strive for better, not to be passive, not to be afraid to change themselves and their lives, what circumstances, to be bolder and more confident.
