I ALL-UKRAINIAN SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL SEMINAR “SOCIAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT FOR THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF YOUTH IN SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY”

On the initiative of the Council of Young Scientists of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education, on September 14, the 1st All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Seminar “Socio-psychological support for professional formation of youth in scientific activity” took place.

The co-organizers of the event were the Council of Young Scientists of the State Scientific-Pedagogical Library of Ukraine named after V.O. Sukhomlynsky and the Council of Young Scientists of the University.

An introductory word to the scientists was addressed by the head of the Faculty of Psychology of the Isachenko Victoria. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of the topic of the seminar, outlining the main problems and perspectives that young scientists face today.

The discussion of the actual problems of socio-psychological support for the professional development of young people in the field of scientific activity, in particular, the support of young scientists within the University, was joined by the head of the University’s RNM, Ph.D., associate professor of the Department of Professional Education and Technologies for profiles Melnik Alexey.

The discussion was also attended by the co-organizers of the event – the head of the sector of source studies, bibliography and biography of the Department of History of Education, the candidate of historical sciences, the chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the State Scientific-Pedagogical Library of Ukraine named after V.O. Sukhomlinsky, Tarnavska Snezhana, and the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the Library, a member of the rare editions section of the scientific-document support and storage of the fund, candidate of historical sciences Orishchenko Irina.

In their reports, young scientists from the State Scientific-Pedagogical Library of Ukraine named after V.O. Sukhomlynsky outlined the prospects and possibilities of cooperation with young scientists of the university.

Also revealed a number of issues, namely: about the current activities of the Library Council; on the Council’s cooperation with European youth academies and others.

The issue of integration into the world community of scientists of young scientists of our faculty, which was presented by the candidate of pedagogical sciences, the teacher of the chair of social pedagogy and social work, deputy dean of the faculty of international activity Boyko Olga, became acquainted with the actual discussion.

 The head of the student’s scientific society of the faculty, the master student, the multiple participant of scientific competitions and Olympiads Kokos Antonin informed about the current realities and prospects of scientific researches of young young scientists.

After all, the formation of creative personality characteristics, which is ready to effectively solve the theoretical and applied problems arising in the process of research work contributes to the active position of a young specialist during the period of study at the university.

Thus, the involvement of masters in research work, the dissemination and synthesis of the experience of this work, the improvement of the quality of training and education of future specialists provides an opportunity to preserve and enhance the interest of young people in scientific research.

We hope that the resolutions passed after the seminar will be of indisputable significance not only for the participants of the seminar, but for at least a small part of the young scientists of Ukraine, will give a start and give a boost to further scientific research of the participants at the seminar of masters.
