Activities of the School of Management Competence and Leadership Potential of Chairmen
Dynamic transformation processes in the educational space of Ukraine have defined a priority task: continuous improvement of qualification of scientific and pedagogical workers of universities. One of the factors that make it possible to stay in the fairway of change is the internal policy of higher education institutions in the professional development of teaching staff and quality assurance of educational activity.
The professional development of the administrative, management and teaching staff of the university is determined by the contemporary challenges facing higher education institutions in Ukraine.
On March 5, 2020, a meeting of the scientific-methodical seminar “School of Management Competence and Leadership Potential of Chairmen” of the Center for Professional Development of University Teachers was held.
During the meeting a number of topical issues were considered:
- Conclusion of educational programs in the context of “Regulations on educational programs of Pavel Tychyna UDPU” (extra: Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Professor of the Department of Social Pedagogy and Social Work Kochubey T.D.; Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management Kirdan O.L.);
- About the scientific (scientific and technical) work of the departments of the University: topical tasks for 2020 (extra: Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Vice-Rector for Innovative Research and European Integration Kolyada N.M.).
Participation in the meetings of the scientific and methodological seminar contribute to the development of managerial and professional competencies of the department heads, forming the ability to quickly adapt their administrative and managerial activities to new conditions.
